CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW'S:
 
24-hr notice must be given if a client finds that they will not be able to keep an appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling later than 24 hours prior to an appointment will result in being charged 50% of the session price. In the event that the client does not show up for an appointment, the therapist will charge FULL PRICE for the time reserved for that session.
*PLEASE NOTE*--There may be a $1.00 temporary authorization HOLD on your credit/debit card for verification purposes. This hold will be dropped in 1-3 days.

LATE ARRIVALS: 

The therapist reserved a specific time for each appointment and late arrivals will be deducted from the session. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without contacting the therapist, the client will be considered a no-show and the cancellation policy will be enforced. 

ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY:

All sessions are explicitly NON-SEXUAL!
The therapist reserves the right to refuse any services or end a session at any time, for any reason. There is ZERO tolerance for lewd and inappropriate behavior.
Consequently, the client will still be charged for the entire session.
