​Heated stones are smooth, iron-rich volcanic rocks that retain heat well, allowing deep muscle relaxation, improved circulation, and tension relief. These naturally polished river stones are heated and used with massage oil to glide over the skin or be placed on the body for deep, penetrating warmth which eases stiffness and promotes profound calm for therapeutic massage.
Himalayan sea salt stones are also available and are a popular add-on option! The Himalayan Sea Salt stones have an additional detoxifying effect for the body compared to the basalt stones.
This enhancement adds 15 minutes to any length massage session!

REVITALIZING REFLEXOLOGY FOR HANDS/FEET

Reflexology points are located on parts of the body such as the ears, hands, and feet.
These points are connected to the muscles, organs, and glands via energy pathways in the body called, “meridians”. When pressure and friction are applied to these specific points, this causes a reflex of healing energy to the corresponding gland, organ, or muscle to help relieve tension and imbalance. Aromatherapy oils may be used on feet or hands depending upon your needs and goals. A soothing, revitalizing enhancement for anyone who wants some extra attention on their hands and feet.
