Hot Stone Massage

These naturally polished river stones are heated and used with massage oil to glide over the skin or be placed on the body for deep, penetrating warmth which eases stiffness and promotes profound calm for therapeutic massage.

REVITALIZING REFLEXOLOGY FOR HANDS/FEET

Foot Massage Session

Reflexology points are located on parts of the body such as the ears, hands, and feet.
These points are connected to the muscles, organs, and glands via energy pathways in the body called, “meridians”. When pressure and friction are applied to these specific points, this causes a reflex of healing energy to the corresponding gland, organ, or muscle to help relieve tension and imbalance. Aromatherapy oils may be used on feet or hands depending upon your needs and goals. A soothing, revitalizing enhancement for anyone who wants some extra attention on their hands and feet.
